Before 1H 2022, some Standard fields (e.g. Cell Phone, Business Phone, etc.) are not shown in the People Profile Header when there is no data maintained in the fields; whereas Custom fields (custom01 to custom15) appear in the Header even when data is not maintained. The fields are configured for Header in Configure People Profile > General Settings > Configure Header Fields.
Customer was expecting the behavior to be consistent in the People Header section, having said that what they mean is to:
- either show ALL the fields (irrespective of being standard or custom) when data is blank or
- show NONE of these fields (standard/custom) when data is blank.
After 1H 2022 the enhancement was deployed.
