3211380 - Custom Fields behavior in People Profile Header - Employee Profile

Before 1H 2022, some Standard fields (e.g. Cell Phone, Business Phone, etc.) are not shown in the People Profile Header when there is no data maintained in the fields; whereas Custom fields (custom01 to custom15) appear in the Header even when data is not maintained. The fields are configured for Header in Configure People Profile > General Settings > Configure Header Fields.

Customer was expecting the behavior to be consistent in the People Header section, having said that what they mean is to:

• either show ALL the fields (irrespective of being standard or custom) when data is blank or 
• show NONE of these fields (standard/custom) when data is blank.

After 1H 2022 the enhancement was deployed.

Enhancement in b2205:
Make the custom fields behave the same as other standard fields. So if there is no value for custom field, it will not be displayed on PP3 header.
