3211402 - Org Unit is not Available in the Access Restriction tab of a Business Role

You are trying to configure the Access Restrictions of a particular Business Role and when trying to find a specific Org Unit for the Work Center View Name BPM_ACCOUNTS, the Org Unit is not available.

SAP Business ByDesign 2205 and higher.

1. Go to the Application and User Management Work Center.
2. Business Roles view.
3. Search for the required Business Role and select it.
4. Click Edit.
5. Go to the Access Restrictions tab.
6. Select Work Center View Name BPM_ACCOUNTS.
7. In the Restriction Rule section, click Find and search for the required Org Unit/Employee.

The required Org Unit is not assigned as Sales Organizational and Sales in the Functions tab.

In order to have the Org Unit in the access restriction, you must to make the required Org Unit as a Sales Organizational and Sales in the Functions tab.

1. Go to the Organizational Management Work Center.
2. Go to the Org Structures view.
3. Click Edit.
4. Search for the Required Org Unit ID.
5. Select it and go to the Functions tab.
6. Check the options of Sales Organizational and Sales.

By doing that, the Org Unit will appear in the Access Restriction tab.
