SAP Knowledge Base Article - Preview

3211415 - CBC: "Go to Activity" button is grayed out and there is no ID information 

Symptom

When searching for some specific Configuration Activities the button Go to Activity is greyed out and below pre-requisites are also met:

  • There is no error message
  • There is no ID number below the transaction code 

As an example, searching for Set Up Service Orders there is no error message and no ID number as the below image:
