3211432 - BOBJ Monitoring from Solman - SAP ASE

• ASE DB metrics are frequently turning from grey status to green status for systems BODAPX01 and BODAPX02 via FRUN utility;
• The below error is seen when availability metrics are in grey status:

com.sun.xml.internal.ws.fault.ServerSOAPFaultException: Client received SOAP Fault from server: Database user authentication failed: The login to the database failed for sapsa user. Please provide a valid username and password. Please see the server log to find more detail regarding exact cause of the failure.

• Attempting to upgrade ASE causes the following error:

Instance name: <instance name>, Hostname: <host name>, Vendor: SYB, Type: syb, Release: <ase version> Database name: <database name>, Status: Unknown

• LiveUpdate.log shows:

CHECK_SAPSA_USER=Failed to logon sapsa. Please provide valid sapsa credentials in the SAP Secure Store
