3211463 - Which groups can be assigned to different themes?

Customer wanted to seek help with filtering users on which theme will show in their instance based on their Legal Entity.

The groups can only be based on division, department, or location.

Note: It cannot be on a combination of the criteria above.

The default criteria is Division. If you don't want to assign different groups to different themes, just assign all divisions to the same theme in Theme Manager.
