3211548 - Employee's Entitlement /Accruals not Reflected in Time File

Employee XYZ recorded the time and posted without any issues.However the accurals are not reflecting in the time account balance.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Time Administration work center
2. Go to Employees view
3. Select the Employee XYZ
4. Select on Edit button and select Time Profile tab
5. Select Time Account Rules sub-tab 
6. We can see that the Accurals have not been reflected in the Time Account Balance tab 

If the Time Accural is higher than the Upper Balance Limit,the Accurals does not get posted.

This is a standard system behaviour.

In case the Accural is due to the manual adjustment then you can remove the manual adjust then system would show the accruals correctly.

To do the Manual Adjustments ,you can follow the below steps:

1. Go to Time Administration work center 
2. Go to Employees view
3. Select Employee XYZ
4. Select Edit button
5. Go to Time Account Balances tab
6. Check for any Time Account which has a manual adjustment 
7. Remove that manual adjustment 
8. Save the changes
