3211761 - Item Category 'D' is not available during the Creation of PO/PR in S/4HANA Cloud

Symptom

During the creation of the Purchase Requisition/Purchase order, Item Category 'D' is unable to be selected.

Environment

Cause

Expected Behavior

Resolution

The Item category 'D' is not available in Pure Fiori standard apps.

The reason for this behavior is that there is a new process "Lean services" for Fiori services, in which item category 'D' is not involved.

This is a service based on material master (material type SERV) not on item category 'D' and Service Master.
