3211897 - Cannot Fill-out Survey - All Questions Grayed Out

You are trying to fill-out a survey during visit execution. However, while all questions are visible, they are grayed out and you cannot answer.

Your system has the Check-in functionality scoped and you did not yet check into the visit.

Use the 'Check in' button in the visit header. The survey will then become editable. Note: you might have to close and reopen the survey before the change is registered.
