3211901 - Issue in IAS email template that causes IAS redirect links to display "404 Not Found" error

An email is sent from Identity Authentication (IAS) to a user with a redirect link, but after clicking on the link, it displays the following:

• URL :
  https://<IAS Tenant>.accounts.ondemand.com/ui/public/SAP_DEFAULT/$%7Buser.reset_password_link%7D
  
  
• Error Message :
  404 Not Found - You did not enter a valid URL.

Note: the above URL example is based on password reset link. The section that's bolded can be different, depending on the type of link.
