"Updated by" user shows incorrectly in Manage Data page after workflow being approved.

There will have several scenarios, depends on how the workflow get approved:

A. If approver clicks approve button directly (without update action), checked the last modified by in manage data, updated by shows initiator on Manage Data

B. If a user proxy as the approver to approve the workflow, checked the last modified by in manage data ,updated by shows proxy user.

C. If approver update workflow and approved this workflow, checked the last modified by in manage data, then updated by will be the approver.

This is Expected behavior. If approver click approve button directly, updated by shows initiator on Manage Data. For proxy scenario, it shows proxy user on behalf of initiator. and If approver update workflow, then updated by will be the approver.
