Symptom

  • I cant log in and I don't get an email from fieldglass assistant with username reminder or password reset link
  • I am a buyer user and I submitted a request for a password reset using the SAP Fieldglass Assistant
  • I waited to receive the email and checked my spam folder, but I do not see it
  • I received the email with the password reset link, but it does not work
