3211980 - Failed to handle upload (error: 403) appears while importing the custom MDF object files or attachment

Error "Failed to handle upload (error: 403) appears" occurs while uploading the custom object data.

SuccessFactors HXM Suite

1. go to "Import and Export Data"
2. choose MDF object that need to import data
3. Upload the CSV file or zip file (for attachment import)
4. error "Failed to handle upload (error: 403) " occurred in a pop-up window.

The file being uploaded is prevented by customer end's IT security policy that blocked the uploading. This will need to addressed and fixed internally by customer's IT team.

Please discuss with your IT service provider team, it indicates some security policy at customer IT environment prevent the file upload request.
