Symptom

When attempting to use https://tools.eu1.hana.ondemand.com/latest/ to install tools the installation fails with the following error messages:

  • "This installation cannot be completed as requested"
  • "Problem occurred"
  • "Installing Software has encountered a problem"
  • "An error occurred while uninstalling"
