1. Go to: People Profile > Actions

• Following rights are needed to activate 'Change Job and Compensation Info' in People Profile > Actions
• Employee Central Effective Dated Entities > Job Information > Edit Link (Edit/Insert)
• Employee Central Effective Dated Entities > Compensation Information > Edit Link (Edit/Insert)
• Employee Data > Update Employment Records (displayed as 'Take Action' button) - (View:Edit)

• Note: For this Manager-Self-Service Compensation information section to appear, payComponentRecurring HRIS element must be enabled in Succession Data Model, else it will not appear even if the permissions are in place.
