Symptom
- When replicating to IQ, DSI thread gets down and there is no other information on the repserver side, other than:
I. 20xx/04/26 21:53:34. Shutting down the DSI thread for 'myiq.user1'.
I. 20xx/04/26 21:53:34. The DSI thread for database 'myiq.user1' is shutdown.
I. 20xx/04/26 21:57:10. Starting the DSI thread for 'myiq.user1'.
I. 20xx/04/26 21:57:11. The DSI thread for database 'myiq.user1' is started.
The interface function 'RCIMoreResults' returns FAIL for database 'myiq.user1'. The errors are retriable. The DSI thread will restart automatically. See messages from the interface function for more information.
- This is a repeated error and the connection is never established.
- This connection worked just fine before.
- Other IQ connections to this IQ server are connecting no issues.
- Therefore, it cannot be a network issue.
