3212401 - SFTP Receiver Adapter error on PO/PI systems

• You are using SAP Process Orchestration (PO) or Process Integration (PI)
• You are having an issue with SFTP receiver adapter when delivering the files to the sftp server.
• You are able to post the files with around 2 KB but when you post large files like 1 MB, it's throwing an error as " java.net.socketException - there is no process to read data written to a pipe".
