3212411 - SUM Error SQL567 returned for missing sa_role - SAP ASE for Business Suite

SAP Netweaver SUM upgrade fails with Error SQL567 during MAIN_SHDCRE/SUBMOD_SHDDBCLONE/SYB_DBCLONE_UPDSTATS phase, like in this sample:

Granting sa_role to user SAPSR3 is not an option. In case you try to do it, the SUM phase will continue to fail with errors, ie like this one:
