Symptom

After performing an upgrade of some systems in the landscape, the number of active delivered SACF productive scenarios is very distinct in different systems.
For example: one system can have only a few productive scenarios active by default, while another system has hundreds of active scenarios.
You would like to know the cause of this behavior.
