3212428 - You cannot create more than one time account detail in the rule

Symptom

When running the Time account process Simulator or the Time off calendar, the following Error message appears: "You cannot create more than one time account detail in the rule"

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Time Off

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Configure a Hire / Accrual Rule with two "Create" statements in the THEN block
  2. Run the Time off calendar or the Time account process simulator for the related Time account Type
  3. The Error message appears "You cannot create more than one time account detail in the rule"

Cause

This is an expected Error/validation created to ensure correct configuration

Resolution

  • Correct the Accrual / Hire Rule by making sure there is only one Create statement per THEN block
  • The only other way to post additional accruals outside of this standard procedure is to either do it via a Manual adjustment or Account update rules (Interim / Periodic)
