3212428 - You cannot create more than one time account detail in the rule

• When running the Time account process Simulator or the Time off calendar, the following Error message appears :

"You cannot create more than one time account detail in the rule"

• SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite
• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

1. Configure a Hire / Accrual Rule with 2 "Create" statements in the Then block
2. Run the Time off calendar or the Time account process simulator for the related Time account Type
3. The Error message appears as indicated above

This is an expected Error/validation created to ensure correct configuration

• Correct the Accrual / Hire Rule by making sure there is only one Create statement per Then block
• The only other way to post additional accruals outside of this standard procedure is to either do it via a Manual adjustment or Account update rules (Interim / Periodic)
