3212435 - Permission level Risk Analysis results show an action with Prefix [PG] with no role name attached to it in the Detailed report.

While running Permission level risk analysis against a role/user, the results shows the risk violation of an action that does not exists in the role/user. The violation does not show the role name associated to this action in the detail view and the summary view shows the action with a prefix[PG].
