3212705 - Cannot create new Bank account hierarchy.

When user is trying to create and Bank Account Hierarchy there is no value option for type drop-down in the New Hierarchy pop-up.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud

1. Under the bank relationship tab go to Manage Bank Account Hierarchies app tile.
2. Open the App Manage Bank Account Hierarchies by clicking on the app tile.
3. On the right click the Create button.
4. On the New Hierarchy pop-up click the type drop down.

The business catalog SAP_FIN_BC_CM_BAM_PC (Cash Management - Bank Accounts Management) is not assigned to the user role Cash Manager or Cash Management Specialist business roles.

Assign the business catalog SAP_FIN_BC_CM_BAM_PC (Cash Management - Bank Accounts Management) into the cash manager or cash management specialist roles assigned to the business user.
