3212810 - Off Cycle Event does not apply changes to Employee Profile

Run Off Cycle Event Batch but no record is updated in employee profile or some users are not considered.

• Create an Off Cycle Event Batch Job with no Filter defined;
• Run it;
• Access Monitor Job;
• Download Offcycle Event Batch Processing Job response;
• Check that no record was selected or not all records were selected by filter.

The reason why no one or not all users were picked by the filter is that they were not selected by the filter criteria.

This is a known gap in the feature for this particular scenario for Off cycle object with base object as “Job Information”. It is planned to be fixed in 2H 2022 release.

We do have a workaround for this scenario and please use it to continue your tests. 

Work around: please add a dummy filter value for the Off Cycle with job info as base object as below
