- In Recruiting
- Candidates tab
- If you search for both candidates with same info no waring message is displayed about possible duplicate.

In Manage Duplicate Candidates both candidates with same info are not showing as potential duplicate candidates. Again, see an example of how duplicate candidates should display:
Cause
One of the candidates has been created through Employee Referral, so the candidates will not be recognized as duplicate.
Resolution
System identification for Duplicate Candidates behaviors apply when Candidate Profiles are created through External Candidate View, Recruiter View, or Agency User View. It doesn’t apply to profiles created through Employee Referral.
