3212837 - Export of Product Quantity Characteristics Returns Zero Records

Symptom

When trying to export data from Product Quantity Characteristics using Data Workbench, the system shows zero records.

Environment

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Data Workbench Workcenter.
  2. Select Export View.
  3. Select Standard Product Quantity Characteristics Object.
  4. Click at Next Button.
  5. See Total Records equals zero.

Cause

The export filter parameters for the Product Quantity Characteristics are restricted only to 'Product ID', 'Product External Key' or 'External Key' fields (one of them must be provided).

Resolution

Insert one of the required filters in the export. For example, you can insert one of the following filters:

  1. Field: "Product ID" | Condition: "Not equal to" | Value: Blank Value
  2. Field: "Product ID" | Condition: "Starts with"   | Value: "Z"
