Symptom

  • The User Info dialog can't be opened by choosing a User Info block link in the Introduction section of a 360 Reviews form if that block contains the job code field
  • Java script exemption error appears when clicking on the Instruction link in competency section of 360 review form: 
     "isJDM_NG_ON is not defined"
