 Freight amount not aggregated in Sales Order XYZ(XYZ represents the ID of the sales order) Total Pricing section.

 SAP Business ByDesign

1.Go to Sales Order Work center

2.Navigate to Sales Order view

3.Search for Sales Order XYZ

4.Navigate to the Pricing and Invoicing tab, in Pricing sub tab, under Item Pricing section it's seen that for different line items Freight price component has been added manually

5.Also under the Total Pricing section the freight added manually is shown separately for the line items, but you expect it to be aggregated

In the Business Configuration the scoping question that is selected in this case is: Do you bill a fixed freight amount per order?

In such scenario where the question- Do you bill a fixed freight amount per order? is scoped, in the sales order document under the Total Pricing section the freight added manually is shown separately for the line items and this is the current system behavior.

However, in the corresponding invoice for the sales order it would be seen that the freight amount will be aggregated and not be shown separately for the line items.

In case the scoping question selected in the Business configuration was- Do you calculate freight amount based on net weight?

In this case the freight would have been shown as an aggregate in the Total Pricing section of the sales order. This is the system expected behavior.

To access the relevant questions in Business Configuration:

1.  Go to Business Configuration work center and select Implementation Project View.
2.  Select the relevant Project
3.  Click Edit Project Scope
4.  Go to the 4th step Questions
5.  General Business Data -> Product and Service Pricing -> Sales Price Specifications
6.  Here the two scoping questions are found:

-Do you calculate freight amount based on net weight?

-Do you bill a fixed freight amount per order

Choose the relevant one and Finish. The scoping question in use totally depends on your business scenario
