3212934 - Could not open the connection to the target URL on newly added server nodes

You install new application server on PI/PO system. After that you ping the receiver channel with HTTPS target URL in Communication channel monitor. You find that "Target Host Connectivity Test" is successful on the old server nodes. However for the newly added server nodes, error "Could not open the connection to the URL https://xxxx" is reported.
