3213024 - It there a ability to set SLAs to all open workflow cases by default ?


Is it possible to add a default SLAs for open cases e.g. SLA 7 days as due date from creation date of the case for all cases in the queue instead of manually assigning SLAs case by case?
It would be good to see the cases past due date for review get distinguished, i.e. highlight in red indicating that they are overdue.
