3213227 - Countries are not available in Compliance Settings - Onboarding

The countries are not available in Admin Center > Compliance Settings.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Go to Admin Center > Compliance Settings.
2. The following countries are not available:
   
   • United States
   • Australia
   • Spain
   • New Zealand
   • India
   • United Kingdom
   • Canada

Cause #1: The "Enable Print Forms Generation" setting is not enabled in Provisioning > Company Settings.

Cause #2: The "Onboarding Compliance Metadata Sync Job" is not configured and running in Provisioning > Manage Scheduled Jobs.

Cause #3: The PFS credentials saved in Provisioning > Company Settings > Enable Print Forms Generation is incorrect.

Prerequisites:

1. The "Enable Print Forms Generation" setting should be enabled in Provisioning > Company Settings.
2. The "Onboarding Compliance Metadata Sync Job" should be configured and running in Provisioning > Manage Scheduled Jobs.
3. The PFS credentials should be accessible and saved correctly in Provisioning > Company Settings > Enable Print Forms Generation.

To verify if the PFS account is accessible using the PFS credentials:

1. Copy and paste the PFS URL into your browser: https://formsservice<......>.hana.ondemand.com/print-forms-service
2. Enter the Username/User ID: <P-User Id>
3. Enter the Password: <Password> 
   Note: The PFS password is the same as the one used to log in to the SAP Community Portal.
4. Once successfully logged in, you should be redirected to the PFS platform.

Solution:

1. Re-save the PFS credentials in Provisioning > Company Settings > Enable Print Forms Generation:
   1. URL: https://formsservice<......>.hana.ondemand.com/print-forms-service/odata/PDF
   2. User ID: <P-User ID>
   3. Password: <Password>
2. Run the "Onboarding Compliance Metadata Sync Job" in Provisioning > Manage Scheduled Jobs.

Result: The countries should now be available, provided the configurations outlined above are correctly in place.
