Would like to send a notification to the assignee of the new hire data review, when an Onboarding activity is initiated.

Resolution
There is no trigger notification for this part of the process. The notification triggers are standard and can't be custom created.
There is already an enhancement request created for this - Trigger email to notify HRBP to complete new hire data review step once initiating Onboarding
