3213581 - Html Email Template for Interactive Form Template

You want to create a html e-mail template for any interactive form but the button "Action" is inactive.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Navigate to Application and User Management work center.
2. Navigate to Form Template Maintenance view.
3. Filter for template type "Interactive".
4. You see the action button to maintain email templates/ email subject etc., is inactive.

Interactive forms do not support html email templates.

This is expected system behavior.
