3213619 - Duplicate Integration Server entries are generated during SLD Self Registration

Symptom

After running SLD Self Registration wizard, there are 2 duplicate Integration Server entries (Integration Server on xxxx) generated in SLD > Technical Systems > Process Integration. Domain and Application system are not associated to the same Integration Server entry, which causes inconsistency.

If you go to SLD > CIM instances > XI Integration Server, you can see that one Integration Server entry has the correct name, but the other one with incorrect name like "is.null.xxx".
