3213720 - Sales Order - Product Price Calculation error

You get a product price calculation Error Italy Sales Orders.

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to the Sales work centre
2. Go to the Sales Orders view
3. Open an effected sales order 

Result: some products have the price calculation zero "0.00".

There are several possibilities for this to occur. Here some examples:

1. The price might not be correctly maintained in the product master data.
2. The products were added to the relevant price list after the sales order creation date.
3. There was an issue during order creation.
4. The price was deleted manually for these Products.

Check the master data to assure that the price is correctly maintained in the relevant price list.

Please make sure the price is/ was valid at the time of the sales order creation, that the price list is valid and fully released.
