Symptom

  • My Inbox approval and rejection with decision comment terminated (after long loading time) with the following error message:
    Cannot process task. For mode information, see details
    RFC Error: Runtime error occurred in backend system

    AND

  • HTTP request failed. 500 Internal Server Error occurred after the time limit has been reached.

    AND 

  • The same approval and rejection is working without decision comment.
