• How do you cleanly remove a dropped database from the dbccdb?
  
  
• The sp_dbcc_deletedb procedure returns error 17421 when using database name that no longer exists:
  sp_dbcc_deletedb test_db
  go
  
  Msg 17421, Level 16, State 1:
  Server 'ASE', Procedure 'sp_validatedb', Line 41:
  No such database -- run sp_helpdb to list databases.
