Is there a way to create specific competencies to evaluate a candidate based on the job application status they're placed in?

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management
Resolution
As of now the system only allows you to select the competencies related to each job requisition, not specifying if the competencies refer to a specific job application status as the competencies are tied to the job requisition itself. So, if there are competencies in the job requisition, they will appear in both interviews.
