3213909 - Integration Logs attachment is getting added with successful email job notifications

• In the 1H 2022 release (b2205), 'Email event logs for failed integrations' option was added in Integration Center
• This would allow users to receive emails with attachments of event logs for failed integrations
• The event logs should be attached only if the attachment size doesn't exceed the limit of 1MB
• The attachment is getting added for success scenarios as well
• The added feature should send attachment only when the job fails

• This issue will be corrected in the 2H 2022 Release (b2211) by INT-14554
• This issue will be corrected for 1H 2022 Release (b2205) in a Patch scheduled for release to Production on June 17, 2022
