Can we use the "Modify Form Route Map" feature to update route map of a job requisition?

The Modify Form Route Map will allow user to update the route map of specific requisition in pre-approved stage.

Here are possible action that can be done and cannot be done using this function.

Allowed:

1. Add additional approver step
2. Update the role / role code (step owner) associated in the route step ONLY if it hasn't been sent to that approver stage yet. If the job req is currently with the approver you want to change, it will not be possible.
3. Modify the Step Name, Step Description, Step Type, Exit Button Text of the next or upcoming route steps.

Not Allowed:

1. Delete route step or reduce the number of current steps.
2. Update step details of past approver.
3. Update route map of requisition that already completed the approval process (approved stage).
