3213936 - List of documents mismatch between E-Very and USCIS Form I-9

• The list of documents provided by the new hire in the E-Verify Create and Submit Case screen do not align with the new hire's Section 2 entries in the USCIS Form I-9
• Currently, the fields within Create and Submit E-Verify are not dynamic
• The Fields should match what was entered in I9 Section 2 by HR

Workaround

The hiring manager or onboarding participant can view the new hire's PDF copy of the USCIS Form I-9 PDF and confirm the document list by going to the dashboard to view the  new hire details.
