3214157 - In Explorer, the user can't create Process Documentation (Word)

The User receives 'Oops... the system was unable to perform the requested function' error when they try to create a Process Documentation (Word) file for one of their processes in Explorer.

• SAP Signavio Process Manager 3.0
• SaaS v.16.1.0

1. In Process Manager, select a process that has a Dictionary item which includes a link to a process that no longer exists in the system.
2. In the menu tab, select the 'Reporting' option 'Process Documentation (Word)'.
3. A new tab opens while the system is trying to create the Word document but its fails to do so with the error 'Oops...the system was unable to perform the requested function' error with the cause and request id message.

The error is caused by a link within a Dictionary item to a file which was uploaded to Signavio but has since been deleted.

Delete the link from the Dictionary item and save the Dictionary item and the Word Process Documentation file should export without any issues.
