3214159 - In Editor, I am unable to attach newly created Dictionary items to a process elements custom attribute.

In Editor, when I select a Dictionary item of type Risk to add to the custom attribute 'Risk', I am not able to find a Dictionary item I created under the 'Risque' Dictionary category.

SAP Signavio Process Manager 3.0

1. Navigate to the Dictionary.
2. Create a new entry under category 'Risque'.
3. Navigate to Editor and create a new BPMN 2.0 diagram.
4. Insert a task element and in the custom attributes panel.
5. Navigate to and select the Risks & Controls attribute.
6. Click on the 3 dots to the right of the attribute name
7. In the newly opened 'Risks' dialog box, click on 'Click here to create a new risk category'.
8. In the 'Risks' column, search for the newly created Dictionary entry.
9. You cannot find it.

Signavio has an ongoing issue where the Dictionary Solr index is showing the wrong information (e.g. showing the wrong number next to the categories in the menu and not showing entries in the category).

To rectify this situation, please contact SAP Signavio Support and ask them to delete and recreate your Dictionary index. As some functions of the Dictionary will be disabled during this process for up too an hour, please specify to Support a time that suits you for the re-indexing to take place.
