3214408 - 'Select Award Program' Dropdown is Empty in 'Manage Reports and Forecasts'

When attempting to select an award program in Manage Reports and Forecasts, there aren't any results in the dropdown:

SAP SuccessFactors Reward and Recognition

1. Log in to SuccessFactors
2. Navigate to Admin Center > Tools > Reward and Recognition
3. Select Manage Reports and Forecasts
4. Locate the Select Award Program dropdown but there are no results

Missing the Milestone Program permission
