You want to change the font color of the People Profile Header.

SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite

1. Log in to Instance
2. Go to My Employee Files
3. Observe Text Color on People Profile Header

People Profile Text Header colour can be changed by navigating to the following:

1. Configure People Profile
2. General Settings
3. Manage Background Image Library
4. Select 'Give all users the same default background photo'
5. Enable 'Deactivate the translucent layer'
6. Click on Text Colour

However, the links' colors on People Profile header are configurable on theme manager as per KBA: 2578205

** Note: This option changes the text color across all of the People Profile header currently, background text and buttons. Product Management are hoping to implement a change in design to style the buttons independently in future release.**
