Symptom
Some of the fields like "Feedback Request Status ID", are not available for reporting in CPM domain while creating Adhoc/Tile report

Reproducing the Issue
- Login into instance
- Create a simple adhoc report on Continuous Performance Management Domain can see field like "Feedback Request Status ID"
Cause
Expected behavior.
Resolution
Some of the fields like Feedback Requestee ID, Feedback Request Status ID are not reportable in CPM domain in adhoc report.
Workaround :
Please use Story to report on these fields
