Symptom

  • It stays in the loading data for Builder status when trying to create a story in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
  • In console log, below error shows:

    [07:14:16.3290000] [Error] Server: (#42014) Caught exception : exception 70000719: Conversion( "SignedDataConversion" ), * 305: could not determine valid conversion rate for value(s) 122294.96 from unit '' to unit 'USD' on date 2021-08-01 00:00:00.0000000 for conversion_type 'Actuals
