Symptom

A Purchase Requisition has the blocked centrally flag (4) on the status tab in ME52N/ME53N.

Upon change attempt, the logic returns the error MMPUR_HUB_PREXT 000 Cannot edit centrally blocked purchase requisition item XXXXX:
