3214647 - Item details are missing for Purchasing documents in My Inbox App - SAP S/4HANA

Purchasing documents (e.g. PR, PO, CTR...) can be found in My Inbox app, but you are unable to see the item details in the screen.

In addition, the following error can be seen in the Console tab of Developer Tools (F12): "Resource not found for segment 'C_PurchaseOrderFsType'", "Resource not found for segment 'C_PurRequisitionFsType'" or "Resource not found for segment 'C_PurRequisitionItemFsType'".
