3214654 - The User is not able to invite a new user to their Process Governance workspace using the Process Governance invite tool

Using the Process Governance Invite New User tool, the user attempts to invite a new user to their workspace, however the action fails with the following error message even though they are assigned unlimited licenses:  

'We are sorry, but we could not create an invitation for the given address. The server responded with the following message. Cannot create user. There is no unused user license.'

1. In Process Governance landing page, click on the top right hand side menu option with your name and workspace.
2. On the newly opened dropdown menu, click on 'System Administration.
3. On the newly opened page, click on the Organisation Tab.
4. On this page, using the invite a new user option, enter the email of the user you want to invite to your workspace.
5. Click send invite and see that it fails and you are faced with the error mentioned above.

The error is thrown as the user you are trying to invite is already a member of your workspace.

Search for the email you are trying to invite in your Users tab on the SAP Signavio Process Governance administration page to see if the user is indeed already a member.

If so, inform them that they are already a member.
