• Story based on SAC system model "RESOURCE" returns authorization error for non-Administrator users, if Manage permission for the Public Files privilege is not granted for the user: see help guide Analyze System Performance.
• Error without the Manage permission for the Public Files privilege: "You have no authorization to the model."
• But Manage permission for the Public Files privilege grants much more privilege: user is able to get access of System Folder, so user is able to see data of other projects and is able to access other stories as well.
