3214809 - Status Bar at the bottom of the Notification/Operation is showing 'EndNotificationTBI' or 'IssuePartTBI' - SAP Asset Manager

Symptom

After synchronizing the application, several objects might be bugged and blocked.

Status at bottom of screen appears as "ISSUEPARTBI" or "ENDNOTIFICATIONTBI".

When this occurs, notifications/operations are blocked and cannot be changed.
